Een ontwaken bij Bart op de mat. Toen ik daar voor het eerst plaatsnam, 'wist' ik welke patronen ik mij eigen had gemaakt om mijn jonge ik te beschermen. Ik kende de verschillende puzzelstukken. Tijdens de sessie, HERKENDE IK HET GEHEEL. .... -  in de beschutting van de mat VOELDE ik het weer en dat is voor mij de basis om ALLES te veranderen.

Bart Vanderbruggen Is a neuro-bodyworker, human potential expert, teacher and coach, based in Testelt Belgium.
Apart from being a father, co-creator, and garden composter, you can find him in retreats, company's and personal sessions with clients from all walks of life. He helps them to 'BE creation' instead of chasing it ... through bodywork and teachings about how to create a new brain.

Bart is een neuro-bodyworker en coach uit Testelt België. Hij is vader van 2 kids en 3+kinderen. Daarnaast kan je hem vinden in retreats, bedrijven, en persoonlijke sessies met klanten uit alle hoeken van het leven. Hij helpt hen om creatie 'te zijn' in plaats van creatie  te zoeken. Het lichaamswerk en gesprekken die je met hem hebt veranderen je brein en je leven.
